Website data and hosting
This website does not include analytics, advertising scripts or tracking cookies. Hetzner provides hosting and infrastructure. Cloudflare provides DNS, reverse proxy, CDN and security services. Both can process technical information needed to deliver and protect this website: IP address, HTTP headers, requested URL, date and time, browser information and security events.
Web server and reverse-proxy logs may record IP addresses, requested pages, request times and browser information to troubleshoot errors and investigate security incidents. This website has no registration form, checkout or newsletter.
Contacting us
If you email us or use our contact form when available, we receive your name, email address and message (plus attachments if you send them by email). Form delivery also involves technical request metadata such as IP address, HTTP headers and date/time. We use this information to respond and follow up on your enquiry. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information. The required privacy checkbox acknowledges this information; it is not permission for advertising or analytics.
Legal bases and purposes
Delivering and protecting the website, addressing technical incidents and responding to ordinary enquiries are based on our legitimate interests in providing a functioning, secure website and communicating with people who contact us, subject to their rights and interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where your request concerns steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply. Processing needed to comply with a legal obligation relies on Article 6(1)(c). If a new purpose requires consent, we will request it separately. Reading this policy or browsing the website is not consent.
This website does not perform advertising profiling or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Recipients and international processing
Hetzner and Cloudflare process technical request information for their infrastructure services. Our email provider also processes message data. When a contact form is available, its delivery service processes the submitted fields and technical metadata. Information can be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
Cloudflare operates a global network. International processing and transfers are subject to the applicable contractual terms, legal mechanisms and safeguards described in its documentation. We do not infer the location of the main server from the provider's name. You can request details of the hosting location, providers handling your messages and transfer safeguards.
Provider information: Hetzner Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Retention
Technical records should be kept only for the period needed to operate and secure the website or investigate an incident. Actual log retention depends on the hosting and reverse-proxy configuration.
Enquiry information is retained for the time needed to respond and follow up. Information necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained for the applicable limitation period. Contact us for information about records relating to you.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to hello@opnways.com, identifying the right you wish to exercise and the relevant interaction. We may request proportionate additional information where needed to verify your identity.
You may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

Future changes
If website analytics or other data-processing tools are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe their use. No such tools are currently configured in this website. Services used inside a game do not run on this website. Before activating optional tracking, we will provide the required information and consent controls. See the Cookie Policy.
